We welcome you to training on our timekeeping policies and new upgrade to the timekeeping system.
In addition the City of Santa is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We believe that the work of the City should be conducted in an equitable, ethical, and transparent manner. It is important that employees and the public are given a mechanism to voice concerns if they believe something is not right. As a reminder, the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Hotline is available to all City employees and the public. The system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can make reports using this secure website, or by calling the toll-free number. If an effort to support individuals who may feel uncomfortable filing a report, this platform provides opportunities for employees and the public to submit anonymous reports.
We will provide guidance to employees on reporting the Fraud, Waste and Abuse Hotline and where to find the information on our intranet page.
