Leadership Power Skills II: 21st Century Leadership Skills for Supervisors
This is a six (6) week, one 2-hour session per week. The series is a continuous improvement based upon LEAN principles to develop a mindset and practice of continually improving processes across functions including accounting, marketing, facilities management, communication, etc.
Learning outcomes:
- Learn the 5s Principles of Lean and Identify in your workplace.
- Be able to conduct a Kaizen analysis/solution of your workplace.
- Demonstrate people-centric involvement in LEAN process.
- Develop continuous improvement process for our organization.
- Collect & visualize metrics.
