Designed for team leaders, managers, and aspiring leaders, this four-session course blends proven models—Tuckman, Wheelan, and insights from The Five Dysfunctions of a Team—to help you build trust, boost collaboration, and drive results.

Team Dynamics & Development
Understand the stages of team development and how to lead teams through each phase using Tuckman’s and Wheelan’s frameworks. -
Trust & Inclusion
Learn strategies for building trust, clarifying roles, and leveraging diverse perspectives to foster a collaborative team culture. -
Decision Making & Dysfunction
Identify common team dysfunctions and gain tools to support healthy decision-making and problem-solving. -
Action Planning & Feedback
Create a customized team development plan and practice giving effective feedback to promote continuous improvement.
This is a four (4) week course. It is required that you can attend all four (4) sessions at the Santa Fe Higher Education Center (HEC) – Room HEC 211.
