Customers are more demanding than ever, and organizations cannot afford not to provide continuous learning to those customer-facing employees. This 3-part training series provides a one-day bootcamp focused on delivering customer service by listening to the voice of the customer. Participants will become part of the learning through exercises and activities to create specific solutions to their own customer service challenges. This learning event is for our organization with a goal of creating a culture of service.

This training will take place at the Santa Fe Higher Education Center on April 8, 2025 from 9:00am-4:00pm (Lunch break 12:00pm-1:00pm)
