Confined Space Refresher #5078-0701
When: March 19, 2025 at 0800hrs. Course will end at approximately 4:00 pm.
Where: Higher Education Center, RM 147, 1950 Siringo Road, Santa Fe, NM.

Course Objectives: Review requirements of identifying confined spaces in general industry and the construction industry; determine if a hazard exists within the confined space; discuss responsibilities for the entrant, attendant and entry supervisor; and rescue options.
Prerequisites: Employees attending this course must have completed the 7 hour initial training.
Additional Information: By signing up for the course, you are committing yourself to attend. If you have a seat reserved and are not able to attend, notify Risk & Safety to cancel your seat so another employee can be scheduled.
PPE Requirements: Hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, safety boots. Body harness if available.
