Boom-Scissor Lift Training
When: April 30, 2025, Course will begin each day at 8:00am and end at approximately 4:00pm. Participants must attend each day to receive a certificate for the course.
Where: Emergency Operation Center (EOC), 1600 St. Michaels Dr., Building #2, Santa Fe, NM.

Course Objectives: This training course provides workers with the knowledge and skills required to safely operate boom and scissor lifts in compliance with OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910.67 & 1926.453). Participants will learn about hazard recognition, pre-use inspections, safe operating procedures, fall protection requirements, and emergency response. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice, trainees will gain the confidence to operate aerial lifts safely and efficiently, reducing workplace risks and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certification of training.
