Dear City of Santa Fe Staff,
We hope this email finds you well. Since the successful go-live of our UKG/Kronos Time Tracking and Payroll System on July 19, 2025, our team has been working diligently to address any emerging issues and ensure the system operates smoothly. We’re pleased to share the following progress updates based on feedback and resolutions from the past week. Your collaboration has been instrumental in identifying and fixing these items—thank you!

Supervisor and Employee Hierarchies
Supervisor to employee reporting relationships have been updated to align with the most current data in Munis. Supervisors/managers should now see their correct list of direct reports in Workforce Management (WFM). Please note that new hires and terminated employees will only reflect in UKG once they have been updated in Munis. HR is actively working to refine this synchronization process, and we ask for your patience as we allow 1-2 pay periods to fully rectify any discrepancies. If you continue to experience issues after this time, please reach out to the ITT team for assistance.
Leave Balances and Accruals
As of July 24, leave balances and accruals data has been updated to reflect the current information in Munis. If you notice any data discrepancies with your approved leave, leave balance, or leave accruals, please contact the ITT team for support.
Lunch Deductions Issue
The issue causing miscalculations in lunch deductions has been resolved. If you are still encountering this problem, please notify the ITT team so we can investigate further.
User Lock-Out Errors
Errors resulting from users being locked out have been investigated and traced to incorrect usernames being generated. These have been corrected in both WFM and Munis.
Time Clock Error for Missed Punches
The time clock error that prompted users to fix prior missed punches has been resolved. Users will no longer be alerted, and all timeclocks should now be operating as expected.
Notification Functionality
The notification functionality within WFM has been updated and should now work as intended, providing real time alerts and updates within the system.
Pay Rules Updates
Pay rules within WFM have been corrected for nearly all staff. ITT is aware of outstanding issues affecting seasonal, temporary, and employees under 18 years old, but expect a speedy resolution early next week.
Access to Legacy Solution (WFC)
The Workforce Central (WFC) legacy solution will remain open for supervisors to verify accuracy for the pay period of July 5–18, 2025, through Wednesday, July 30, 2025. After this date, the legacy solution will be closed, and users will no longer be able to amend any prior pay period information.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all staff for your collaboration this week. Your reports and patience have been key in ensuring all features are working as intended and helping us make the UKG system even better for everyone.
If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with the new system, our ITT team is here to help. Please contact:
