Leadership Skills II: 21st Century Leadership Skills for Supervisors

This is a six (6) week, one 2-hour session per week. The series is a continuous improvement based upon LEAN principles to develop a mindset and practice of continually improving processes across functions including accounting, marketing, facilities management, communication, etc.

Learning outcomes:

• Learn the 5s Principles of Lean and Identify in your workplace.
• Be able to conduct a Kaizen analysis/solution of your workplace.
• Demonstrate people-centric involvement in LEAN process.
• Develop continuous improvement process for our organization.
• Collect & visualize metrics.

• Thursdays, January 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th
